Personal data we process

This website is a static information page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, and embeds no third-party content. Standard server logs of the hosting provider may record technical request data (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and availability purposes.

If you write to us, we process the contact details and content of your message in order to reply and, where relevant, to manage the resulting business relationship. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where a contract follows, its performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Retention

Correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was sent for, and thereafter for the periods required by Estonian accounting and commercial law where the message forms part of a business record.

Processors

Email is operated on Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited). Website hosting and DNS are provided by Cloudflare. Both act as processors under written terms and may process data within and outside the EEA under the safeguards set out in their respective data protection agreements.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability. Requests go to info@spaceshift.dev. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
